today's first tipple is a moor revival, a 3.8% 'modern classic bitter'.

i'm only familiar with one other bitter (plus guiness, which i would classify as a bitter but i'm not sure if it actually is...). this might be hit-or-miss

it was refrigerated properly but has also been sitting in my new beer fridge all afternoon

the other thing i remember about bitters is that if you pour them you have to let it stand for the alcohol to settle

i poured it into a glass and it didn' require any settling....

anyway, for now it's not too bad...
